The spare parts which body and material are lifted at on the reaction vessel of our factory , are all made of pure titanium,molybdenum second titanium,1Cr 18Ni 9Ti acid - resistant stainless steel,A3 steel plate.The connection of pot body , the lid and the flanges is according to the ministry of petroleum and chemical machine <>.Assume that pot body to withstand the pressure load 6KG/CM design , calculations ,manufacturing and acceptance refer to JB741-80<>. The temperature can reach 200-350℃.
