The strong disperser which has been proved by practice is a multifunctional mixer . It an meet the users' requirement as to change process procedure rapidly and can customizing kinds of high - low viscosity mixer as clients' requirement.Its dynamic is designed according to the materials viscosity .It can be widely applied to adhesives,cosmetics , chemicals , battery , food , drugs and plastics . Three style agitators are in the tank of the strong disperser .One agitator in the kettle body around the axis of rotation.The other two agitators with different speed around their own axis of high speed rotation.
These three style agitators make the materials complex in the kettle and come under strong shear and knead.The Yamagata scraping knife inside was around the axis of rotation to mix the materials on the wall and the materials on the bottom to reach the ideal effect.The sealing of equipment is good and the equipment can be vacuum .It also has a good effect of the exhaust except foam.
